Man,I have quite alot to say..

First and foremost I would love to thank those who have bought flowers from me this valentine's.Sleepless nights have been worthwhile to see their faces happy with the arrangements.It was startling to some of the friends who have never even thought that I did those,of course with the help of my gf and also faris who,too,did not have prior experience doing flowers.People on the streetswere nice to stop buy and some even bought.The experience of sales wasn't as easy as i thought it would be.Under the hot sun,I came to see Orchard road in another different perspective.Ive tried even selling flowers at Little India!

This was the entire experience
Friday-
1)rushed from school to get flowers from supplier
2)Flowers were sold at skyrocketing prices(almost gave up)
3)get the basins,cutters and getting creative for the first time in my life!
4)done with arrangements and on to taking pictures to upload to facebook till 4am

Saturday
1)6:00am-got up to rush home(johor) to take my things and the car.
2)9:00am-got home,the jam was very bad.was in the bus for slightly above an hour,standing.
3)10:00-got back into sgp to deliver our first flower.
4)12:30pm-set up at orchard road
5)1:30pm-first customer
6)2:00pm-2nd,3rd,4th,5th,6th..................customer
7)4:30pm-close shop
8)8:30pm-sending orders here and there
9)10:00pm-done for the day

Sunday
1)10:00am-first order
2)12:00noon-head to little india to sell at the back of the car
3)1:00pm-went to orchad cineleisure(nobody)
4)1:30pm-set up at lucky plaza
unexpected sales-1 escalator,1 shaw lido,1 tangs,1 pakcik kapal who was searching for girls at lucky plaza,1 starbucks....all this were done while walking!
5)last order 9:00pm

All in all it was an enriching experience.Putting into practice what ive always knew and learnt.
People tell you that you cant do it (because there's not gonna be a crowd due to chinese new year),you do it.People cant do things themselves and they come telling you that you cant do it.


I prove them wrong.I made profits.I hit breakeven point on the third hour.

It was just by smiling.

And Ive been smiling all day.

And the irony is,I dont celebrate Valentines day..........

I'm proud of you Natalia

2010 will be a year full of expectations,challenges and dreams for me.The greatest hope that I have is to pursue my dream and achieve what ive set to achieve in the coming year.

I wanna make things happen.period.

It's difficult to make decisions when they're matters of the heart that has to be considered.

Nevertheless,a decision remains a decision.I cannot forgo an ambition so fluidly flowing in every artery of mine.An ambition that has sometimes brought me to moments of madness..

It makes alot of difference to my future.And im excited..

for my first love is flying

Poly life is soon coming to a close..and ive never regretted going back taking that choice in life.To me,by far,the wisest choice ive made since puberty..hahah

I know have the freedom of choice,to go where i want.My future was gloomy when i entered NS.But now it's turning for the better.Priorities remain priorities,although it changes from time to time.And no matter what im about to do next,i know i need that freedom...that freedom that makes me happy..that freedom that allows me to see what others cant..that freedom to see the world in different angles...that freedom to be alone..

That freedom is called FLYING...
